1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme, ground
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon sea salt
1 lime zest
2 Pound Shrimp, in shell
3 Tablespoon olive oil
Combine spices, salt, and lime zest in a small bowl and mix. Place shrimp into a large bowl, then drizzle in the olive oil, add the spice mixture and toss to combine, making sure every shrimp is kissed with deliciousness.
When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes
Arrange the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2 – 3 minutes per side, until firm, opaque, and cooked through.
Serve with lime wedges, fresh cilantro, mint, and Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce.
