I’ve never had Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken, but it’s my mother-in-law’s favorite so I tried my hand at it. She said this Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken was better than the one she make. I was proud of myself (this is the 1st Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken I have ever made from scratch) and so thankful for this recipe. It is insanely delicious and incredibly makes a perfect lunch or an easy dinner even the kids will love!
– 3 chicken breasts
– 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
– 1 packet ranch seasoning
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 8 slices cheddar cheese
– 8 hoagie rolls
Into a slow cooker, add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Now you can toast the hoagie rolls, scoop on the chicken and top with cheddar slice and crumbled bacon. More than enough for 8 hoagie rolls! Enjoy!
