Fresh Strawberry Muffins ñ These are the perfect pair for your morning coffee !

To prepare delicious strawberry desserts, prepare strawberry muffins and delicious desserts in an easy and fast way, and your children will love it for easy eating

* Ingredients

° Strawberries: one and two thirds of a cup (fresh)
° Sugar: 1/3 cup
° Vegetable oil: 1/3 cup
° Eggs: 2 tablets
° Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
° Flour: one and a half cups
° Baking soda: half a teaspoon
° Salt: half a teaspoon

* How to prepare

1. Preheated oven at 425 degrees.

2. Prepare a cupcake tray & belly with the special paper in it.

3. Mash strawberries in a bowl.

4. Mix sugar, oil and eggs.

5. Add vanilla and whisk.

6. Add the mashed strawberries, flour, salt, and baking soda and whisk.

7. Pour the mixture into a cupcake tray and fill the cups in half.

8. Put the tray into the oven for 20 minutes, until the cake is done.

9. Taking cake out of oven & let it cooled down for 11 min and serving warm or cold
