3 very ripe bananas

1 cup of sugar

125 grams of margarine or butter

2 1/2 cups sifted flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

3 eggs

1/2 cup of milk or water

1/2 cup raisins (optional)


1. Beat the margarine with the sugar until well incorporated (you can mix it with a fork), then add the eggs, flour and sifted baking powder. Add milk and raisins. Finally add the plantains (bananas) well ground until everything is well mixed.

2. Then in two molds or in a large one butter.

3. The oven must be previously pre-heated to 350°F (180° C). Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The delay will always depend on the type of oven. For this reason, I recommend introducing a skewer stick or similar in the center to see if it is well cooked.
