Loaded Cauliflower (a healthier alternative to mac & cheese)1 head of cauliflower
1 brick of marble cheese
1/2 pack of ready cooked bacon crumbled
2 tbsp of real brick butter
salt & pepper to taste
sour cream
boil cauliflower til tender. drain. put cauliflower in a pam sprayed casserole dish and chop. mix in butter and salt & pepper to taste. sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top. then sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. bake at 375 until the cheese is nice and gooey.
serve with sour cream. ENJOY!
