° 6 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
° 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
° 2 eggs
° 3/4 cup brown sugar
° 1/4 c. salt
° 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
Put the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Butter a 20-cm (8-inch) square pan and line the bottom with a strip of parchment paper, letting it hang over two sides.
In a bowl, in a double boiler or in the microwave, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let cool.
In another bowl, combine the eggs with the brown sugar and salt with a whisk until smooth and smooth. Add the chocolate mixture then the flour and mix until the mixture is smooth. Pour into the mold.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with a few lumps and not completely clean.
Let cool in the mold for 2 hours. Unmould and cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
