“Hash Burgers”

1 sm can corned beef hash
Split open hamburger buns
American cheese slices
Optional thin slices of onion
Oven at 350
Place tops and bottoms of buns on foil on a sheet pan.
Place a nice big scoop of hash on the bun kind of compacting it and spreading it out ( I just use my fingers).
add onion on top if desired
Top with a slice of american cheese.
Put in oven at 350 deg for 13 – 15 min.
After cooking you can top these with ketchup, hot sauce, mustard or nothing ** a nice cooked egg is really really good too !!**
I personally top with a bit of mustard and salt and pepper.
