* the ingredients :

+ To prepare the cake:

° Eggs – 3

° Vanilla extract – a small spoon

° Powdered sugar – half a cup

° Flour – 4 tablespoons

° Cocoa – 3 tbsp

° Melted black chocolate – 5 tbsp

° Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon

+ To prepare the cream:

° Powdered sugar – one and a half cups

° Butter – 6 tbsp

° Dried milk – two tablespoons

° Vanilla – half a teaspoon

* The method of work :

1- To prepare the cake: In an electric mixer, beat the eggs well with the vanilla extract.

2- Add the sugar and continue whisking until it melts.

3- In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa, then add this mixture over the electric mixer.

4- Pour the melted chocolate and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

5- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

6- Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking tray covered with parchment paper.

7- Put the tray into the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cake is done.

8- Remove the cake from the tray while it is still hot, then place it on a damp cloth and roll them together in a circular way.

9- Put the Swiss roll in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

10- To prepare the cream: In a saucepan, melt the butter with powdered sugar, powdered milk and vanilla over medium heat and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous and you get the cream.

11- Take the swiss roll out from the refrigerator, unfold it, then place it on a hard surface.

12- Spread the cream over the Swiss roll, roll it again, and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

13- Serve the chocolate rolls cold
