There is nothing easier than making this cake .. just yummy
* Ingredients :
*About cake :° 1 can condensed milk° 1 can evaporated milk° cup coconut milk° 2 1/2 flour° 1/2 cup sugar° 3 large whole eggs° 3 tablespoons margarin
*About icing :° 1 cup coconut milk° 2 tablespoons sugar° 1 cup shredded coconut
* How to make it :*Cake :Mix all ingredients of cake in a mixer.Place in a greased and floured Bundt pan.Bake at 350ºF , 61 min belong on oven.Infix a toothpick to check doneness. If it be out clean, remove cake of oven.*Icing :Place the coconut milk, sugar and grated coconut in a pan, stirring sometimes. adduce to a boil, permit it cool a bit, and pour on hot cake.The icing blending will look as condensed milk while finished .
