Zutaten f\u00fcr \n4 Portionen \nF\u00fcr den Teig: \n130 g Mehl \n20 g Parmesan, geriebener \n\u00bd TL Salz \n65 g Butter \n1 Ei(er) \nn. B. Kr\u00e4uter der Provence \nF\u00fcr den Belag: \n1 Zucchini (ca. 280 g) \n2 Ei(er) \n150 g Schafsk\u00e4se \n30 g Sonnenblumenkerne \n15 g Parmesan, geriebener \n75 g saure Sahne \netwas \u00d6l<\/p>\n
Zubereitung<\/p>\n
F\u00fcr den Teig alle Zutaten miteinander verkneten, eine Kugel formen, in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und ca. 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Zucchini l\u00e4ngs vierteln und in Scheiben schneiden, diese in etwas \u00d6l in einer Pfanne anbraten, abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n
Den Teig etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfer als eine 26er Springform ausrollen und in diese Form legen. Einen Rand formen und diesen gut am Springformrand fest dr\u00fccken (ein Fetten der Form ist nicht notwendig).<\/p>\n
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 170 \u00b0C Umluft ca. 20 Minuten backen, bis der Boden sch\u00f6n gebr\u00e4unt ist.<\/p>\n
In der Zwischenzeit die Eier trennen, die Eiwei\u00dfe steif schlagen. Den Schafsk\u00e4se in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit Eigelben, saurer Sahne, Parmesan und Sonnenblumenkernen verr\u00fchren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kr\u00e4utern der Provence w\u00fcrzen. Zum Schluss die Zucchinischeiben und den Eischnee unterheben.<\/p>\n
Die Springform aus dem Ofen holen und die Schafsk\u00e4semasse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig darauf verteilen. Weitere 20 Minuten im hei\u00dfen Ofen backen, bis das Ei gestockt ist und die Oberfl\u00e4che eine sch\u00f6ne braune Farbe angenommen hat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
