2 1/2 lb. turkey breast (on the bone and had skin that we removed before eating)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
In a small bowl, mix all the spices together.
Cover both sides o the turkey with the spices mixture, make sure you coat it well.
Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours with no liquid. The turkey should reach 165°F.
