- Ingredients:
° 2 large sweet potatoes
° 3 large spoon olive oil
° 1 small spoon cumin
° 1 small spoon turmeric
° 1 small spoon salt
° pepper
° grated coconut (optional) - Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220 °.
Peel the sweet potatoes. Wash and dry them. Cut them into large cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil with the cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper. Pour on the soft potatoes and blend .
Place a baking sheet on the baking sheet. Spread the sweet potatoes on top.
Bake for 25 minutes. Sweet potatoes should be tender out of the oven.
