OMG Best Chocolate chip cookies EVER
This is the perfect chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever tasted in 25 years of baking!! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! In a nutshell, this recipe is LIFE-CHANGING!!
INGREDIENTS :
– 3 stick real butter
– 1 c sugar
– 1 c packed brown sugar
– 3 eggs
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 c of flour
– 1 to 1/2 tsp of baking soda
– 3/4 tsp of salt
– 4 c chocolate chips, semi-sweet
– Use walnut pieces i use if desired.
DIRECTIONS :
start by heating oven to 375 degrees then iix butter and both sugars in large bowl until they are creamy. Make sure to add eggs and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy then mix flour ,salt and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture. Then add chips and nuts. I use a small cookie scoop.Cook 8- to ten minutes. untill lightly brown.
