Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 pouch, 1 lb 1.5 oz Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
  • 1/3 c. Butter or Margarine softened
  • 2 T Flour
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 Egg

Cheesecake

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 pkg., 8 oz each Cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon zest

Lemon Topping

  • ¾ c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • ½ c. Water
  • ¼ c. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
  • 2 Egg yolks beaten
