Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple, chopped
3/4 inch slice tofu (1/4 block)
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (**or milk alternative)
1 cup raw spinach
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
