- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more if necessary
- 1/2 cup flour, for dredging
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 3 cups beef broth
