  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 pound bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more if necessary
  • 1/2 cup flour, for dredging
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • Salt and Pepper
