• 1 lb. (16 oz.) rotini (or your favorite pasta)
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 small cans sliced olives
  • Pepperoni, sliced in half
  • 1-2 cups cubed mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12- 16 oz. Italian dressing (I recommend Wishbone or Olive Garden dressing)
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Salad Supreme*
  1. Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Rinse under cold water and drain. Combine pasta and vegetables in a large bowl. Add olives, pepperoni, cubed cheese and Parmesan. Add dressing and mix well. Stir in the salad supreme seasoning. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Stir and enjoy!
