Everyday Baked Chicken

You’ll Need:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
1 tsp of kosher salt.
½ tsp of black pepper.
½ tsp of onion powder.
½ tsp of garlic powder.
½ tsp of oregano.
½ tsp of paprika.
Spray oil.

How to:

In a bowl, mix the kosher, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and paprika together until well mixed.

Rub the spices into the chicken with your hands from both sides and place in a sprayed baking pan with oil.

In a preheated oven to 425° bake the chicken for 10 minutes and flip to bake the other side.
